Refund Policy

Deposits

A deposit of £30 per couple is required to secure your place on any Bump & Blossom course or class. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including if you choose to cancel your booking.

Final payments

The remaining balance for your course or class is due one week before the course start date. Once the final payment has been made, it is non-refundable. This applies to all courses and classes including the 5 week group course, the Early Pregnancy Class and 1:1 private sessions.

Cancellations by you

If you need to cancel your booking, please get in touch as soon as possible by emailing bumpandblossomclasses@gmail.com or calling 07719 700245.

• Cancellations made before the final payment is due — your deposit will not be refunded

• Cancellations made after the final payment has been made — no refund will be issued

Cancellations by Bump & Blossom

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a course or class, you will be offered either a full refund of all payments made or a transfer to an alternative date. We will contact you as soon as possible if this situation arises.

Missed sessions

If you miss a session within the 5 week course, please get in touch and we will do our best to make sure you do not miss out on any key information. Refunds are not available for individual missed sessions within a course.

Waiting lists

Joining a waiting list does not require any payment. You will only be asked to pay a deposit once a place becomes available and you confirm you would like to book.
